Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess exceptional customer service skills.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Proficiency in customer service and cash handling
- Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions accurately
- Experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus
Requirements:
