Job Summary:
New central autobody is seeking an experienced AutobodyEstimator - blueprinter to join our family owned repair facility. The Autobody Estimator - blueprinter will be responsible for accurately assessing and estimating the cost of automotive repairs for our customers. This role requires strong customer service skills, autobody repair knowledge, and the ability to upsell additional services.

Responsibilities:
- Examine vehicles and assess the extent of damage or repairs needed.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs to customers and insurance companies. - Ordering of parts
- Communicate with customers and insurance compaines regarding repair options and recommendations
- Upsell additional damage or repairs
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain detailed records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Autobody Estimator - blueprinter or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of autobody repair and repair processes
- Familiarity with CCC or autobody management systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Ability to upsell additional services and products
- Mechanical knowledge
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
