Your playground :

• Supervising Front of House operations
• Opening and closing the shop
• Handling transactions and deposits
• Mentoring scoopers
• Creating waffle cone masterpieces
• Maintaining the shop's allure
• Engaging guests and making them feel cherished
• Protecting company assets and ensuring profit maximization
• Upselling and adding value to the guest experience

Requirements :

• Hands-on experience in a high-volume , fast-paced environment
• Mentoring and training prowess
• Communication wizardry for conflict resolution and team direction
• Strong attention to detail. We use Restaurant365, Toast, and Paycom to streamline processes.

Your schedule :

• 4-6 Shifts per week, 32-40 hours / week.
• Weekends and holidays

As for the perks :

• Pay rate : $16 to start with raises over time, plus tips ( Tip game strong, adding $4-$10 / hour extra to your pocket - varies by location )
