Job Title: Post Closer

Location: Doral

Position Overview: We are seeking a fun, outgoing, meticulous and experienced Post Closer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-closing procedures, document management, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. This role involves handling all post-closing activities to ensure that all documentation is complete and correctly recorded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review closing packages for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all required documents are signed, notarized, and executed properly.
• Prepare and submit documents for recording with the appropriate county or municipal office.
• Monitor the return of recorded documents and update internal systems accordingly.
• Address and resolve any post-closing issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all post-closing transactions.
• Communicate effectively with lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure a smooth post-closing process.
• Assist with disbursing funds and reconciling escrow accounts as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in post-closing 
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, title insurance, and post-closing procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in title software and Microsoft Office Suite.
