Client Relations Specialist

New Direction Family Law is a fast-paced family law firm in downtown Raleigh, devoted to helping clients going through separation and divorce make powerful changes. We need a team member to lead our client intake process and stellar client experience. When our prospective client and established clients call us for help, they are often going through an emotionally difficult period. Our Client Relations Specialist is the first stop for establishing rapport with potential clients and helping them feel confident they’ve called the right firm in a time of crisis.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Answering incoming telephone calls for potential new clients and established clients.
• Welcoming and orienting potential and established clients in office.
• Responding to and following up to telephone and email inquiries for legal services.
• Utilizing the firm’s referral, potential new client and current client databases.
• Creating new client electronic files.
• Navigating firm’s calendar and scheduling initial consultations and new client appointments.

What We Need from You:

• Required Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Treats a 4:30 call on Friday with the same care and compassion as one on Monday morning.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database entry.
• Inbound sales experience a plus
• Legal office experience a plus
