We are currently seeking a full time Project Supervisor to add to our team of professionals.

Please note that this Project Supervisor position is a supervisory-level, autonomous role requiring considerable time, effort, professionalism, independence, ingenuity, collaboration, and efficiency. The individual filling this role must be willing and able to fulfill the entire suite of duties, goals, and responsibilities of this position with little to no daily guidance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Daily management and oversight of select project operations
• Continuous coordination and communication with Project Manager and subordinates
• Management, training and supervision of project staff
• Management of project equipment and vehicles
• Management and execution of select project goals and budgets
• Fulfillment of select project reporting and monitoring requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of supervisory experience
• 3 experience managing operations involving heavy equipment and commercial semi-trucks
• Must be able to effectively and routinely communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• High degree of mechanical aptitude
• Highly motivated with strong time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel 10-20%
• Willing to work overtime as required to fulfill the responsibilities and duties of the position
• Must live within 30 minutes of Monticello, MS
• Willing and able to perform physically demanding tasks in the extreme weather conditions

Location: Position will be based at New Earth's Monticello, MS project location

Experience:

• supervisory level commercial trucking: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• residence within 30 minutes of Monticello, MS (Required)
• background free of felonies (background check is required) (Required)

• Monticello, MS 39654: Relocate before starting work (Required)
