Position available on ITT 3. The Core Shift Manager is supervised by the Program Specialist. 

General Responsibilities:

• Role model for professionalism and teaching skills
• Shift supervision during weekend, evening, and day shifts according to NECC and team guidelines
• Communication of pertinent information to PS and team members efficiently and effectively
• Works to ensure the health and safety of students and staff
• Schedule management during assigned weekend and evening shifts
• Must work a CSM schedule
  • Weekend shift (Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday- Thursday) and evening shifts

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills, and proven leadership ability are a must for this position
• Must meet the requirements of the level 1 or level 2 position
