New England Hospitality is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near North Dartmouth, MA

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met during their stay
- Manage reservations and room assignments accurately in the hotel management system
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls professionally and redirect them as necessary
- Assist with night audit duties as required, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Multilingual skills are a plus (please specify languages)
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Set up breakfast for the morning guests.

- Clean public areas.

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.
