Primary Responsibilities:

· Assist with making sure that all work orders are completed in a professional and timely manner.

· Assist with making sure that all in-house unit turns are completed in the time allotted by the Property Manager.

· Assist with scheduling all vendors and supplies to arrive for the unit turns in a timely manner.

· Available to take the emergency on the emergency pager.

· Assist with making sure that all emergency calls are put into the system and a work order is generated on the next business day.

· Assist with making sure that all supplies needed to complete work orders are ordered in a timely manner.

· Assist with inspecting the property on a daily basis to ensure all aspects of the property and curb appeal.

· Assist with keeping the grounds clean on a daily basis.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call
• Overtime

Experience:

• Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Raleigh, NC 27617 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Raleigh, NC 27617: Relocate before starting work (Required)
