**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Residential earthwork/ project Manager to oversee earthwork projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will be proficient with excavator, bull dozer & skid steer, as well as experience & Knowledge in setting grades , estimating materials quanity and ability to run/ manage the project on site.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise residential earthwork from inception to completion
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
-- Ensure compliance with state codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules, estimate projects cost
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in residential earthwork management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Solid knowledge of project scheduling
