Job Overview:

New England Smiles LLC is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing quality dental care and help improve the oral health of patients.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort
- Take X-rays and perform patient assessments
- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
- Maintain accurate patient records and schedule appointments
- Provide support to pediatric dentistry procedures
- Follow proper infection control protocols
- Utilize medical coding for billing purposes

Experience:

- Prior experience in dental assisting preferred
- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry is a plus
- Familiarity with medical terminology and Epic software
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.66 - $28.49 per hour
