Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial management, practice management systems, and have a strong background in supervising staff.
Duties:
- Manage office staff and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently
- Oversee financial aspects including billing, accounts receivable, and budgeting
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Coordinate with vendors, patients, and insurance companies
- Monitor inventory and order office supplies as needed
- Handle HR functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Skills:
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar practice management software
- Strong financial management skills
- Experience with utilization management and managed care practices
- Knowledge of OSHA standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
