Digital Producer, Lead
A strategic role responsible for fostering client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring seamless project operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
Project Management
Portfolio Oversight: Manage the active portfolio of projects (pitched, rejected, and pursued) , ensuring smooth transitions between different project phases.
Operational Efficiency: Coordinate with the team to ensure timely delivery, addressing any operational challenges or bottlenecks. Utilize Saas platforms (e.g., Atlassian, Monday, etc.) for project tracking and management.
Internal Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the , project leads, and Leadership teams. Prioritize efficient communication to ensure alignment and clarity on project progress.
Client Management
Relationship Cultivation: Build, maintain, and strengthen partner relationships. Ensure partners' stakeholder objectives are met while staying true to the mission & vision.
Communication Lead: Be the primary point of contact for all client communications, ensuring partners are kept informed, their feedback is addressed, and their concerns are proactively managed.
Business Development
Opportunity Scouting: Familiarize oneself with case studies, current market trends, and the project capabilities to identify and pursue potential partnership opportunities.
Relationship Expansion: Build trusted relationships not just with current partners, but also with potential partners, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities for the team.
Operations
Team Enablement: Ensure that the team has access to the platforms, tools, and resources necessary to excel in their roles. Stay updated with evolving tool and software needs, and proactively address potential gaps.
Resource Allocation: Oversee and support project resourcing, ensuring that the right personnel, tools, and resources are aligned with project needs. Collaborate with project leads to balance workloads and optimize productivity.
Operational Infrastructure: Monitor and maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes within the team. Identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and introduce best practices to elevate team performance.
Qualifications:
Experience managing projects and coordinating with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated communication, time, and task management skills.
Possesses a fundamental understanding of principles of Human Centered Design methodologies (e.g. Design Thinking) and Agile principles and methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
Bachelor's degree.
