Requirements:ROLE DESCRIPTION:The Sr Sales Executive’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new SAP business to new and current Named customers in the proposed geography. Sr Sales Executive brings strong leadership to the Customer engagement; uses resources within New Era to solve customer problems with appropriate SAP products and service needs that are aligned to the SAP Practice. The Sales Executive carries an overall team Sales target of $ 8-10 Million per year.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
  • Create and maintain professional connections with current and potential customers.
  • Generate & grow SAP services business in the US market
  • Bring-in existing relationships & position the company's offerings & services
  • Carry overall team revenue target of $ 8-10 Million per annually
  • Accurately forecast opportunities in CRM tool
  • Strong at selling SAP & SuccessFactors products, Digital Transformation / Implementation Services,
Migration & Upgrade Services, and Managed Services
  • Plan & execute Lead / Demand Generation exercises through various channels - personal network,
organic marketing, inside sales, social / digital & events
  • Stays updated with current offerings / evolution of technology / products in the SAP space
  • Manage relationship with SAP - Build strong connects & healthy pipeline with SAP Account Executives
  • Manage relationships with other OEMs / partners for sub-opportunities
  • Business Planning – Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan to address customer and
prospects priorities and pain points.
  • Pipeline partnerships – Leverage support organizations including Marketing, Inside sales, Partners
and channels to funnel pipeline into the assigned territory, region.
  • Support all SAP promotions and events in the territory, Region.
  • Understand SAP’s competition and effectively position solutions against them.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of professional services, projects and
ERP solutions (SAP experience considered a very strong asset).
  • Proven track record in business application software sales.
  • Experience in lead role of a team-selling environment.
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced,
consultative, and competitive market.
  • Business level English: Fluent
  • Proven sales history of meeting objectives and targets.
  • Ability to capitalize on existing relationships and knowledge to increase sales.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in both distribution and manufacturing sectors
is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Must be results-oriented, and demonstrate a “can’t lose” attitude – adaptability, flexibility
and resourcefulness
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5 years of experience in the related industry/field.
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: Office hours for business communication are 8am-5pm. However, additional time maybe required based upon opportunities, client needs, and other related work
TRAVEL: Throughout assigned territory. Additional travel may be required for client and corporate needs that will be coordinated.
