We are currently looking for an Associate Media Planner .

This position is a hybrid-role based in Atlanta. You'll be virtual Monday, Wednesday and Friday and join us in our bustling westside office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Primary Responsibilities...
• Learn research tools to analyze the marketplace and inform channel mix recommendations for key accounts
• Explore our target audience and what makes them unique so that we can clearly articulate how our plans will reach and engage them
• Organize partner proposals, ad specs, and tagging strategies and using them to brief effective, relevant content development and trafficking campaigns
• Issue contracts, billing, and other legal documentation
• Learn to negotiate and maintain accurate, detailed budgets
• Work alongside digital, ad ops, account, analytics and creative teams to ensure plans are well-rounded and aligned to overall business objectives
• Assist with campaign recaps, quarterly business reviews, and other client meetings to showcase performance, insights, and implications
• Stay up to date on the industry landscape as we help our clients navigate shifts around AI, AR/VR, privacy regulations and more

What you need to succeed...
• 0-1 year of internship or other relevant marketing experience
• Passion for marketing, culture, and business
• High energy, a curiosity for “what’s new” and “what could be”
• Strong organizational, time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and spreadsheets
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and comfortable asking for help as working independently
• Excellent communication skills
• MS Office experience required, with emphasis on Excel
