We're currently seeking an in-home sales representative to join our rapidly growing home improvement company. This position is responsible for selling our roofing product to residential customers. Cold calling and canvassing are required, with Company leads provided. Our top consultants have a 79% close rate and earn $100,000 - $250,000

Our goal is to build and retain the best sales professionals in the industry! We do that by offering one of the most aggressive commission and bonus structures. Sales consultants can easily earn over $100,000 per year! Our top producers average $200,000 per year!

Minimum Competencies and Skills:

• One (1) years of in-home sales experience required

• Previous roofing sales preferred, not required

• Must possess valid driver’s license

• Must pass a background screening and drug test

• Must possess a smart phone

• Must be able to travel 100% of time

• Must have reliable transportation

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ability to sell our products in customers’ homes

• Ability to measure the exterior of customers’ homes

• Must be able to perform second-story for inspections when needed

• Be highly competitive and a motivated self-starter

• Demonstrated ability to develop a rapport with customers; good listening skills

• Organized; demonstrated time-management skills
