St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Dover, NH, a 54-bed facility, is seeking a dedicated part-time Activity Assistant to help meet the medical, social, and spiritual needs of our residents. As part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire's continuum of care, we offer both short and long-term care in a warm and supportive atmosphere tailored to individual needs.

### Position Details:
- **Schedule**: 3 days a week, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM, including every other weekend.
### Key Responsibilities:
- **Activity Program Support**: Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity programs under the supervision of the Director of Activities.
- **Activity Oversight**: Oversee planned activities in the absence of the Director.
- **Interdepartmental Coordination**: Work with other departments to coordinate programs and activities.
- **Chaperoning & Transportation**: Assist in chaperoning off-site activities and providing transportation for field trips as needed.
- **Resource Management**: Recommend necessary equipment and supplies to the Director.

Requirements
•Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent
•Requires an aptitude for training in areas of Enriching Resident's lives
