Job Summary:

The Customer Service Account Manager will support the sales and service team by ensuring professional and timely assistance for insurance business clients. The role involves handling renewal processes, processing reports, and ensuring seamless communication between the agency and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist agents and producers with tasks such as renewal processing, monthly reports, and certificate issuance.
• Collect and prepare information for new business and renewal applications.
• Submit applications to selected markets and process coverage change endorsements.
• Initiate and monitor renewal processes to ensure timely completion.
• Document all relevant contacts and developments in the Agency Management System.
• Proactively communicate with customers and establish follow-up procedures for outstanding items.
• Perform other relevant duties as needed to support agency functions.

Education & Experience:

• Organized and motivated professional with excellent customer service skills.
• High attention to detail is essential.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications including Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Insurance experience is desirable but not mandatory.
