Job Description
- Perform building maintenance and equipment repair
- Maintain property grounds as needed
- Drive company vehicles
- Travel, as needed, for only 2 - 3 days at a time, not every week
- Be able to work alone or with a team
- Set up and take down equipment or furniture
- Complete additional tasks as needed by management
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to interact with employees and other staff effectively
- Handle yard equipment and machinery
- Perform the essential job functions consistently, safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Lift and move 50 pounds
- Work occasional Saturdays, as needed
