Job summary

The Accountant will be responsible for general and fixed assets accounting & financial reporting & analysis.

What you would do

· Lead & act in a manner that is consistent with our mission, vision, & values.

· Ensure cash balance accuracy through daily bank account reconciliation.

· Assist with Retail Accounting duties.

· Create and maintain financial dashboards in Quicksight.

· Process Accounts Receivable invoices, including administration and price list maintenance.

· Analyze general ledger accounts to ensure that account balances are correct.

· Maintain fixed asset records & audit status of all fixed assets.

· Maintain project accounting records for all Capital Projects & Special Projects Team.

· Assist with Annual Business Plan

· Prepare monthly & annual sales tax returns.

· Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

· Intermediate to advanced experience with ERP systems. SAP Business One is a plus.

· Experience creating reports and analysis in Quicksight is a plus.

Physical requirements

· Must be able to lift 20 pounds.

· Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time.

· Stamina to work up to 10 hours per day.

Desired qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

· Possess strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.

· 2 years relevant experience in a company with strong internal controls.

Summary of a typical day

* Reconcile bank accounts.

* Enter transactions to ERP system

* Analyze & report financial information.

* Complete time sensitive tasks to support accurate financial records.
