Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. The Learning and Development Coordinator will play a critical role in leading the training and development needs of our staff, who work with youth facing mental health challenges. This role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and facilitate training programs that promote a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for our residents.
