Full job descriptionQualifications:· Seeking Bilingual speaking individual fluent in English & Spanish to work in our friendly community oriented property.
· Event planning while exhibiting time management skills
· Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook and Graphic Design Software
· Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
· Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
· A minimum of 1 year of experience working with older adult population
· Some Experience and Knowledge of LIHTC (Low income Housing Tax Credit) and HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development).
· Must possess excellent verbal, written, organizational, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
· Must have considerable knowledge of community agencies, resources, and case management experience.
· Must be able to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, correspondences, and memos in English.
· Must establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with residents, staff, visitors and vendors.
· Must be able to maintain control and calm composure with people while working with continually changing tasks in a deadline work environment.
· Be able to identify and define problems/goals including scope and sequence of priorities for attainment; selecting and implementing alternative solution strategies.
· Must possess good work ethic and be dependable
· Must be willing to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends when necessary.
Job Goal, Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Plan and implement weekly/monthly programs and activities to meet the needs of residents, including establishment of social, health, cultural, educational, and recreational values of the housing community.
· To promote independent living among senior residents
· To enhance the quality of life for residents· Establish links with agencies and service providers within the community
· Maintain and updates directories and listings of community resources for use by both staff and residents.
· Educate residents on service availability, social service application procedures and rights and provides advocacy when necessary.
· Assist in managing phone calls, postal mail, email, and route accordingly.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office during shift
Responds to resident emails professionally and in a timely fashion.
