All shifts for full-time and part-time positions are currently available at our Campus homes at our main location.

$15.19/hour starting base pay for DSP

$18.98/hour for Full-time DSP Relief positions (flexibility required as will work varied shifts and locations)

$18.98/hour for Part-time DSP Weekend Package positions (2 out of 3 weekends)

Weekend Differential: $2/hour additional (excludes part-time weekend package positions)

Evening and Overnight Shift Differential: $1.50/hour additional

Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions assist adults with disabilities in our campus homes at our main location. DSPs assist with daily activities such as personal care, leisure activities, meals, laundry, and cleaning. DSPs are also responsible for data collection and documentation. No prior experience is required, New Hope provides paid classroom instruction and on-the-job training with an assigned mentor to help ensure a successful career with New Hope.

Scheduling Options

New Hope offers many scheduling options to meet the needs of persons served and employees. New Hope's on-campus homes are located in Carroll and offer more traditional shifts for those looking for a more traditional schedule.
