The Employment Resources Manager is responsible for managing the Employment Resources program in developing jobs and supporting job stability for individuals with disabilities within the financial resources of the agency and the preferred outcomes of the people supported.
Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of experience, preferably in human services, sociology, phycology, education, human resources, marketing, sales or business.
- Must have a satisfactory driving record and be able to be insured under the New Hope auto insurance.
-Must hold or earn within a 24 month hire a nationally recognized certification as an Employment Specialist: CESP- Certified Employment Support Professional.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with persons served, direct support staff, contractors and customers by understanding needs, evaluating alternatives and providing advice, knowledge of service definitions/ program options. Knowledge of local community services
