Compensation & Benefits:Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience.We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, company paid Dental and Vision, Disability and Life Insurance, 401K with match, and paid Vacation. Additional benefits include:

Reports To: Director of Benefits and Compensation
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Benefits Administrator to join our HR team. This role is essential in managing and administering employee benefits programs for both hourly and salaried employees across our four locations.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment process and employee benefits communications.
  • Assist employees with benefits inquiries and issues, providing excellent customer service.
  • Address and resolve any benefits-related issues or disputes with union members.
  • Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements across all locations.
  • Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives related to benefits and compensation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefits records and documentation.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on benefits usage and costs, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, ADA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of required regulatory reports.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a benefits administration role.
  • Experience working with unionized employees and understanding of collective bargaining agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and related regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic, strongly preferred
