Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and the ability to provide exceptional care to our clients. As a Caregiver, you will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure our clients maintain their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Monitor and report changes in client’s health status to family members and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and adhere to care plans.
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred.
- 10 Hour Basic Training Course
- TB Test
- Physical
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and transferring clients.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
