NP in The Woodland/ Spring, TX

We are looking for a highly motivated full time NP to join our Wellness practice in The Woodlands/ Spring, TX area. The ideal candidate should have some experience with Weight management, hormones, neurotoxin and filler injections. Also, enjoys working with people, be motivated, and like to work in a multidisciplinary practice. We will also train the right candidate.

We are a multidisciplinary wellness center with almost two decades of experience providing skilled and high-quality care in the Spring/ Woodlands areas. Our highly experienced staff of medical professionals go above and beyond. We are highly committed to helping our patients achieve their health and wellness goals, from Wight loss to hormones replacement. In addition we provide neurotoxin and filler services to patients with or without significant weight loss from using GLP1- RA.

Duties:

• Patient exam/evaluation (HPI, medical history, review pertinent imaging/records)
• Diagnosis and Treatment plan.
• Patient education on treatment plan option, care instructions, and lifestyle modifications
• Treatments and procedures to include injections (neurotoxin, filler, PRP, Weight loss products, )
• Order and review labs as deemed medically necessary.
• Order and review diagnostic imaging as deemed medically necessary.
• Collaboration with other office healthcare professionals.
• Documentation/progress notes- timely and accurate.
• Patient follow up care.

Requirements:

• Graduation from a NP program
• NP license to practice in Texas
• DEA

Salary (negotiable):

• $60-$75 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule:

• Monday- Saturday with Friday and Saturday being half days.

Benefits:

• Bonus compensation- profit sharing after 90 days
