The Senior Business Analyst (Administrative Analyst 4) will build relationships with executive sponsors and key project stakeholders. This position will be responsible for conducting stakeholder analysis, managing stakeholder expectations, and communicating feedback to the project management team. Lead meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure project goals and priorities are aligned. Create and/or update project documentation including, but not limited to, business requirements documents, scope documents, user stories, workflow diagrams, test cases, and release notes.
This position will document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, defining the requirements, and translating them into functional specifications. Ensure that project documentation accurately reflects project requirements, scope, and deliverables and that they are stored in a secure and organized manner.
This position will proactively propose new approaches, technologies, or methodologies that will improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes. Develop and maintain standard templates, tools, and processes for documentation, to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects/applications.
This position will identify and evaluate applicable laws, regulations, and standards that impact the project. Perform audits to ensure that all project requirements are compliant, and all project deliverables are of the highest quality standards.

Salary Range: R29- $89,575.39 - $127,774.57
