Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in providing high-quality, one-on-one care to patients.
• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide compassionate, empathetic care to build lifelong connections with patients.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Wisconsin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
