Salary $20.86 - $33.38 Hourly
$43,395 - $69,432 Annually
This position is a Pay Band HD
Posting Details This posting will be used for 30 days to conduct ongoing recruitment and will remain open until the position and/or positions have been filled. Unit is Pinewood. Shift is 3 pm to 11 pm.
**THIS ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE USED FOR PART TIME**
Why does the job exist? Incumbent will provide psychiatric nursing care to meet the needs of patients on extended care and will assist in the development of individualized services plan of care that contributes to the nursing process.
How does it get done? Incumbent will be responsible for administration of all types of medications to include oral and injectable for the purpose of relieving anxiety, controlling behavior and treating physical problems. Incumbent will chart medications and document the patient's response to medication.
Who are the customers? Patients/Residents/Clients
Ideal Candidate Ideal candidate will have:
Experience in providing comprehensive nursing care;
Experience in administration of all types of medications;
Experience working in a hospital setting;
Experience working with treatment teams.
Minimum Qualification Licensure as LPN or LVN.
