New Narrative is Hiring a Program Analyst (27727) Near Beaverton, OR

DescriptionThis position is an onsite role with hybrid potential. Applicant must reside in Oregon or would be willing to relocate.
Starting Salary is $70,000/annually and can go up DOE
New Narrative is hiring for an innovative Program Analyst who can apply their knowledge of mental health service delivery to data analysis and program evaluation. We are looking for a collaborative team member who can use their analytics skills to ensure New Narrative service delivery and staff experience are aligned with our strategic plan and our vision of a future where everyone seeking mental health care can live the life they choose.
Summary: This role promotes and supports the New Narrative strategic plan by assessing quality of services within the organization and by tracking outcomes related to New Narrative programming and staff experience. The Program Analyst works collaboratively with staff to ensure high quality data entry and then assesses and presents data (objective and subjective) to New Narrative teams, leaders and program participants. The Program Analyst will focus on implementing a culture of performance-based teams which focus on outcome tracking and community impact. The position will assist in the evaluation of consumer and staff satisfaction, support agency compliance and strategic initiatives, and coordinate with managers and leadership team members around ad hoc projects as necessary.
Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesProgram Performance Analysis
  • Develop and implement strategies for the monitoring and evaluation of New Narrative programs using data from Credible, Clubhouse Operating Software, and HMIS
  • Develop and implement strategies for assessing New Narrative workforce trends including retention, turnover, performance metrics, recruiting, and employee engagement
  • Collaborates across teams to design business intelligence solutions to facilitate data gathering, storage and retrieval
  • Identifies programmatic, operational, or other barriers to accomplishing program outcomes
  • Proposes and facilitates qualitative data collection through listening tours, meetings, and structured data debriefs
  • Navigates between legacy EHR and Credible as needed to gain data regarding consumer demographics, treatment outcomes, and requested metrics from program leadership
  • Creates, updates, and maintains through Credible, Paycom, HMIS, Microsoft Power BI and Survey Monkey, reliable programmatic reporting functions and maintains internal data systems to ensure high quality data processes and analysis
  • Cross references programmatic outcomes to agency wide MOTS data and CareOregon Quality Improvement Incentive Program
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
Strategic and Initiative Analysis
  • Coordinates with the Quality Improvement Senior Manager, VP of Quality and Impact and Executive Team members to identify how to create performance metrics for New Narratives strategic goals, agency initiatives, and executive team requests
  • Recommends and tracks Key Performance Indicators aligned with team, department and agency initiatives, contract requirements and mission
  • Identifies and collates data for New Narrative’s annual report
  • Prepares data for review of various committee meetings (ex. Incident Review data for the quarterly QI meetings). Follow up with the committee members to ensure data presented is valuable and effective for driving decision making within the agency.
  • Facilitates stakeholder engagement, consultation, and negotiation on program evaluation or stakeholder requested metrics
  • Prepares reports and materials that demonstrate program impact and quality for internal and external stakeholders
Consumer and Staff Feedback Analysis
  • Assistance in a consumer and staff survey planning, and administration
  • Reviews data and outcomes of consumer and staff survey
  • Identifies survey trends in results by comprehensive review of year over year data
  • Compiles yearly results and identified trends into New Narrative Survey Results and Analysis Report
  • Cross references objective survey results with subjective feedback mechanisms (listening tours, team meeting consultations around outcomes, or grievances)
  • Creates dashboards, reports and tracking systems to review program participant, resident, membership feedback across New Narrative Programming

Education/Certificates/Licenses/Registration: Qualified Mental Health Associate preferred, Data Analytics certification preferred
Experience/Qualifications: Preference for applicants with experience working in Credible (or other Cloud-Based Electronic Health Record systems) or Paycom. Must have in-depth experience working in Excel and writing reports in SQL.
