Full-Time, Non-Union, Exempt Position
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
$60,000.00-$65,000.00 annual salary
BASIC FUNCTION OF OPERATIONS AND SPECIAL PROJECTS COORDINATOR:
The Operations and Special Projects Coordinator manages and oversees various projects within the organization, including those related to maintenance, events, mandated community service / volunteer engagement, and security. Reporting to the CAO, this position will play a key role in managing special projects, optimizing procedures, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years experience in project management. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently. Demonstrated success in evaluating and improving procedures and driving productivity. Extensive experience in engaging and collaborating with diverse populations. Familiarity with recruitment and engagement strategies, and knowledge of facilities/space management.
