Job Title: Banquet Captain

Duties:
- Oversee banquet events from setup to completion, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food production and service
- Manage cash handling procedures during events
- Supervise and train banquet servers on service standards and protocols
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations
- Collaborate with bartenders to provide excellent beverage service
- Maintain high standards of fine dining presentation and service
- Handle any guest inquiries or issues during events promptly and professionally

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banquet or food service management is preferred
- Proficiency in kitchen management and food handling practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and fine dining service etiquette
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification in food safety and handling is a plus
