**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our building systems and creating a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants. **Duties:** - Develop and implement maintenance procedures, including preventative maintenance schedules - Supervise and coordinate facility repairs and improvements - Manage HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building systems - Fabricate or repair equipment as needed - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards - Oversee contractors and vendors for facility-related projects - Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies **Skills:** - Proficiency in using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other tools for troubleshooting - Strong leadership and supervisory skills - Experience in facilities management and maintenance - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in maintaining our facilities to the highest standards.
