We are currently seeking a licensed clinical therapist - LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, for full or part-time positions in the Salem, Oregon, office.

Hybrid position

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $61,700 to $92,500K per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Must have an active and unrestricted license in the state of Oregon.
• Licensed Mental Health Therapist - LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development.
• Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients.
