- Perform Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Member Records duties.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly
- Handle phone calls and in-person reception for the accounting department.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain and organize files and office supplies.
- Crosstrain in various accounting tasks and attend meetings.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365. spreadsheets, and databases.
- Ability to speak clear English
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to sit for long periods in an office environment and lift 50 lbs.
Wage: $16/hour
