New Progressions, LLC is Hiring a Residential Manager Near Jackson, MS

**Overview**

New Progressions, LLC is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations of our IDD Supervised Living Facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care, the IDD population, caregiving, and medication administration. The Residential Manager will be responsible for managing the care and well-being of our residents, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

**Duties**

  • Manage the daily care of our residents, including assisting with personal hygiene, medication administration, and mobility support.
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of caregivers to provide direct support to our residents.
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior management strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.

. Willing to be on call and respond to crisis calls during your crisis phone rotation schedule

  • Conduct regular assessments of our residents to identify any changes in their condition or needs.
  • Collaborate with other team members and healthcare providers to ensure that our residents receive timely and effective medical care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment that promotes the health and safety of our residents.
  • Manage the distribution of medication and ensure that our residents receive their medication on time.
  • Provide direct support to our residents, including assisting with daily activities such as eating, dressing, and grooming.
  • Foster a sense of community among our residents, staff, and families by organizing social events and activities.
  • Ensure that our facility is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**

  • Experience in caregiving or a related field.
  • Knowledge of long-term care, memory care, and home community care.
  • Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed.
  • Experience with medication administration and management.
  • Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and other special needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
