- You will be responsible for products that help customers answer their most substantial questions by allowing them to visualize, explore, and understand their ops, applications, and customer data.
- Prioritize effectively across business and technical requirements.

- Collaborate with leadership, product management, and engineering to align priorities and plans.
- Serve as the connective tissue between teams and organizations for all technical matters.

- 8 years of technical leadership helping engineering teams thrive
- Experience with one or more of these languages: Rust, Go, Java
- Experience working with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience operating containerized services (Kubernetes, Mesos/Marathon)
- Extensive experience in a SaaS environment, building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Ability to collaborate and impact decisions at the interpersonal level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- BS/MS/PhD in CS (or equivalent).
- Observability domain knowledge
- Experience operating containerized services (Kubernetes, Mesos/Marathon)
- Solid understanding of databases (RDS, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with configuration management tooling (Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet

Estimated Base Pay Range: $ 194,000 - $ 242,000
The pay range above represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
