QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or Education required. Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis preferred. Requires certification in Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Specialization in Autism treatment and intervention; 3 years experience with the population; Educational or clinical background.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide training, behavioral program development, consultation and individual treatment planning to the Schools and Programs of The Help Group.
Assess the behavioral needs of the population and train staff in strategies to address these needs.
Execute Functional Behavior Analysis reports and Behavior Support Plans. Train teaching staff on the development of each
Train Staff in data collection on behavioral students.
Provide education and training to parents and professionals on related topics through speaking appearances, Zoom presentations and written communication.
Lead or oversee parent support and education groups.
Contribute to weekly school bulletins with tips and articles on Positive Behavior Support Strategies.
Other duties as assigned.
