The core of your mandate lies in the cultivation of stability and efficiency within our systems. Through your keen oversight and proactive approach, you'll fortify our IT landscape, safeguarding against potential disruptions and bottlenecks. Your vigilance extends beyond mere maintenance; you're a proactive guardian, anticipating challenges before they arise and implementing preemptive measures to mitigate risks.

Beyond the realm of day-to-day operations, your role as a Systems Administrator extends to the forefront of innovation and progress. You'll lead initiatives aimed at enhancing our IT capabilities, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Whether it's streamlining processes, optimizing resource allocation, or integrating cutting-edge solutions, you'll be at the forefront of transformative projects that propel our operational objectives forward.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in administering and developing SharePoint, with proficiency in SharePoint Online migration tools and methodologies.
  • Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified SharePoint Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate, are advantageous.
  • 5-8 years of experience in IT roles focusing on managing Windows environments.
  • Experience with Power Automate and M365 Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
  • 5 Azure Experience w/ Terraform experience with AzureDevops
  • 3 years of technical support/help desk environment experience.
  • 3 years of Windows Operating Systems experience.
  • 3 years of managing Microsoft 365.
  • 2 years of advanced backend IT infrastructure experience.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot server performance issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to independently search for issues and find solutions.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate and Power Apps.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expertise in Power Platform and SharePoint to transform digital workplaces, focusing on out-of-the-box development and configuration.
  • Implement best practices to ensure universal accessibility and data security, adhering to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with end-users and project teams to translate requirements into functional solutions, design customized SharePoint sites, and develop workflows using SPFx and Power Automate.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to recommend optimizations, conduct content migrations, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Administer, implement, and maintain IT systems, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance system stability, scalability, and security, driving project execution with precision.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of IT and Operations, the broader Technology team, and key business stakeholders to support operational objectives.
  • Utilize your technical expertise in system administration to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues promptly.
