ResponsibilitiesWe seek a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Data Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Donor Outreach team. The ideal candidate will generate lists from our CRM system to support email and text marketing campaigns. This role involves managing various templates, ensuring accurate segmentation, and assisting with gift fulfillment reports. The CRM Data Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining data accuracy, optimizing campaign elements, and supporting the validation of our CRM system with each new release.
Candidates must be able to report into one of the following NYBCe locations:New York City, NY; Kansas City, Missouri; St. Paul, Minnesota; Providence , RI and Newark, DE.
List Management

• Pull list templates for various campaigns, blood donation center special opens, giveaways, and promotions based on specified criteria to support production planning goals.
• Regularly update templates to ensure proper segmentation and targeting for effective marketing campaigns.

Gift Fulfillment Reports

• Assist in executing gift fulfillment reports for giveaways across the enterprise.
• Scrub and analyze reports, forwarding them to division teams or designated point persons for timely fulfillment to donors.

Merchandise Distribution

• Pull data related to branded merchandise ordered from the blood donor Online Rewards Store.
• Coordinate with the mailing house to ensure timely distribution of merchandise to donors.
• Set up and monitor automated reports for data pulls that assist in the distribution of blood donor gifts for an enhanced donor experience.

Donor Advantage Points

• Post Donor Advantage points for several critical time periods, days of the week, Advantage Plus, and calendar year bonuses.

Campaign Element Expiration

• Working withing our CRM, HemaConnect, assist with the bulk expiration of campaign elements, aligning with any upcoming updates from the vendor.

HemaConnect Validation

• Support the validation process HemaConnect, with each new release, ensuring the CRM system's integrity and functionality.

Qualifications Education:

• Bachelors in Analytics, Business Admininistration, Math, Marketing, Information Technology.

Related Experience

• Three years of experience with data and analytics, preferably with CRM systems in a marketing operations role.

Knowledge

• Familiarity with marketing campaign processes and best practices.

Skills

• Proficient in data manipulation and extraction techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work wth data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Cultural competency and the ability to communicate effectively in a culturally sensitive manner with both individuals and groups from diverse background.

Abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed annual salary is $77,000.00p/yr. to $87,000.00 p/yr. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant’s skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
