Position:  HR Workforce Analyst (I/O Psychologist)

Starting Salary: $78,672 ; Great benefits and generous time off.

Role: This positions is with the NYS Courts in the Division of Human Resources Workforce Analysis Office. The role involves conducting statistical analyses to identify workforce trends and summarizing findings for management; preparing federal compliance reports; utilizing data visualization tools such as Power BI to share organizational insights on workforce data; conducting validation and adverse impact analyses on selection tools; developing structured interview forms; and assisting with HR projects. Detailed position information is available on the NYS Courts' website: https://www.nycourts.gov/legacyPDFs/careers/statewide/1454.pdf

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Organization Development or related field or enrolled in a relevant Master’s program with one year of related experience 
• Knowledge of advanced statistics (e.g., regression analysis, ANOVA, IRR), SPSS and MS Office/Excel is required. 
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred.
