Job Description:

• Design and develop database systems that are efficient, scalable, and secure.
• Required to determine the appropriate database architecture, data storage, and indexing techniques. Hands-on experience in building new relational data models, tables, views, functions, grants, triggers, stored procedures, indexes Required
• Work closely with software developers, system administrators to ensure that databases meet performance and scalability requirements.
• Analyzing an organization's data needs, identifying the most appropriate database systems, designing and implementing database structures, and ensuring data security and integrity.
• Analyst should have experience in Back-end data integration and architecture including dimensional data modeling(partitioning), database design, data warehousing, ETL development, and performance tuning with the Reporting tool Microsoft Power BI Stack experience Required
• Experience in DB migration project (Oracle to SQL) with Understanding in designing and maintaining High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server Required
• Design the DB deployment strategy, DB maintenance across the environments Required
• Experience with Windows server, including Active Directory.
• Should be able to manage users, user access strategies integrated with the application Required
• Focus on designing and maintaining data warehouses, with large-scale repositories of data used for analysis and reporting.
• Work closely with data analysts and business intelligence professionals to design data models and create efficient queries for extracting data.
• Associate should have experience in designing and implementing solutions for managing data in the cloud.
• Experience in working on AWS RDS will be an advantage Nice to have
• Ensuring data security and integrity, associate should be able to ensure that the data is secure and protected from unauthorized access or modification.
• Able to implement security protocols such as encryption, access controls, and data backup and recovery procedures.
• Also ensure that the data is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date by implementing data quality and data validation rules.

Skill Required / Desired

• Ensure databases are production-ready with rigorous testing, performance validation, and best practices for high availability and disaster recovery
• Work independently, with minimal support on the DB issues pertaining to development of the Stored Procedures, Functions and DB maintenance.
