Job Description/Responsibilities:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain processes and best practices, with a proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results.

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert on Supply Chain Management and in Testing experience, providing guidance and support to internal teams on best practices, industry trends, and emerging testing technologies.
• 10 to14 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with a focus on Test Automation and technology implementation.
• Proficiency in utilizing Distribution Center (DC) and Store Automated systems like (eg: Bastian ASRS and Symbiotic).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the supply chain, including but not limited to inventory management, Order Management, demand forecasting, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
• Conduct thorough analyses of current supply chain processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and initiatives to improve operational performance, increase flexibility, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to streamline processes, optimize resource utilization, and drive continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives and process improvements.
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on supply chain management principles, tools, and techniques, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, such as WMS, TMS, OMS, Inventory management and demand chain software.
• Proficiency in automation technologies and tools, including but not limited to Web Test Automation Selenium with java, TestCafe, API Rest Assured.
• Candidate should poses the CI/CD process, Google Cloud Platform cloud understanding, JIRA, Confluence.
