Job Overview: We're excited to invite an energetic and ambitious Business Development expert to join our team. You'll receive guidance, resources and the potential to earn significant rewards while actively contributing to our company's expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

    Prospecting: Identify potential leads through various means, including online research, databases, social media and networking.
    Outreach: Initiate contact with leads through various communication channels, such as email, phone calls, or social media messages.
    Lead Qualification: Assess the quality and relevance of leads by evaluating their fit with the company's products or services and their potential to become paying customers.
    Present the features and benefits of our services to prospective Clients.
    Market Research: Conduct research to identify target industries, markets, and potential customers.
    Observe and participate in negotiations, developing negotiation skills to close deals.
    Cultivate relationships with clients to address inquiries and maintain positive connections.
    Data Management: Keep detailed records of lead interactions, status updates, and any relevant information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
    Lead Tracking: Monitor the progress of leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to conversion.
    Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with leads by providing relevant information, answering questions, and addressing their needs or concerns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

    0 - 2 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales or in a similar role.
    Proven sales/marketing/lead generation track record in the international market in various domains. (Should be able to provide convincing, comparable figures to support your claims )
    Ability to work independently with no supervision and guidance.
    Up to date with leads generation strategies in the industry.
    Believes in Lead Quality rather than Lead Quantity.
    Minimum years of relevant experience in Inside Sales or in a similar role.
    Flexibility: In work hours and duties. Willingness to do anything reasonable to generate leads and promote sales.
