You’ll support Newance, NEWaukee, and our clubhouse, The Howie, in Bay View from an administrative perspective on a part-time hourly basis for up to 20 hours/week. Hours can be flexible but this spot will require a minimum weekly on-site presence in Milwaukee, WI.

Compensation: $20/hour. Benefits are not available at this time for this position.

The Howie (10%)

• Scheduling cleaners, maintenance repairs, or other services

• Stocking fridges & groceries as needed

• Ordering supplies as needed

• Prep for events such as happy hours or other gatherings

• Checking mail and unboxing packages

Newance (35%)

• Research “who is hiring” on select job boards (we give the boards/names to look for!)

• Preparing contracts and other documents as needed

• Data entry/updates as requested

• Sending gifts & mail out as needed

NEWaukee (35%)

• Picking up printed materials and/or other supplies locally for installations and projects

• Source vendors and/or niche purchases as requested

• Sending gifts & mail out as needed

• Leads and/or community research

• Support at events as schedules align

Other (20%)

• We’re a small team! We don’t know all of the needs yet but this role is right for someone willing to jump in wherever needed.
