Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders through in-person and online meetings, understanding their vision and requirements for the software. Design Excellence: Partner with our UI/UX experts and software architects to craft software solutions that resonate with our stakeholders. Agile Leadership: Maintain and prioritize the user story backlog, ensuring alignment with project scope and business objectives. Project Mastery: Collaborate with project managers to roadmap initiatives, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality. Continuous Involvement: Engage deeply during the development cycle, acting as the go-to expert on customer needs, product domain, and feature intents. Drive resolution of any impediments.
You Are:
Tech-Savvy: Equipped with 4 years of experience in software development. You're familiar with object-oriented programming (like C# or Java) and have hands-on experience with relational databases (such as MSSQL, Oracle, or MySQL). You possess a basic understanding of scripting languages (such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript). A Communicator: Exceptional at conveying complex ideas verbally and in writing to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A Problem Solver: Logical and structured in approach, adept at planning, and skilled at negotiations. Detail-Oriented: You notice the nuances, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Agile Pro: Well-versed with Agile methodologies, ensuring smooth project flows.
