Newark Manor Nursing Home is looking for a Full Time RN or LPN Nurse Manager to join our team . You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of assigned residents.

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care to residents
• Establish resident treatment plans and care plans
• Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care
• Educate residents about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate resident medical records
• provide emotional support to residents and their family members
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff on your assigned unit
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
