We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties:
- Assist customers with their orders and provide recommendations
- Operate the Aloha POS system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Clear and clean tables promptly to ensure efficient turnover
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, taxes, and totals
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software
- Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
