Join Panera Bread's Student Ambassador Program! Must be a student at University of Arkansas!

Are you a Panera Bread enthusiast? Do you have a passion for social media and marketing? Do you create content that captures attention and invites engagement? This fall, we’re looking for Panera Bread student ambassadors who love the brand and its products and want to spread the joy of delicious, healthy food! We’re seeking dynamic students to represent Panera Bread and engage with peers to create excitement around the new store opening near the University of Arkansas campus.

Compensation/Benefits:

• $200 per week for the 4-week commitment. ~10 hours/ week ($800 total)

Responsibilities:

• Authentically promote the Panera Bread brand and their delicious food offerings on campus and through your social media channels.
• Coordinate on-campus activities and engagements to generate excitement and awareness about Panera Bread, fostering a fun, engaging, and inclusive experience.
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of Panera Bread products in an enthusiastic and informative manner.
• Execute program deliverables independently within a flexible schedule over four active weeks.
• Serve as an on-campus leader for Panera Bread's brand awareness and collegiate marketing insights.
• Collaborate with Panera Bread ambassadors on your campus (if you have a friend who would also like to apply, referrals are appreciated!).
• Create and post 4 pieces of content for Panera Bread over the course of the program.

Qualifications:

• Genuine and enthusiastic fan of the Panera Bread brand
• Active in campus clubs, groups, sports, and/or academics
• Active on social media and open to engaging with peers on campus
• Has a consistent social presence and voice & frequently shares nicely curated content on socials
• Outgoing, personable, and a strong communicator
• Leadership skills
• Minimum 1K followers per platform on Instagram and/or TikTok & willingness to post content on both platforms
• Willing to have social media platforms visible to the public for the duration of the program
• Branded posts must remain live on your social media pages for at least 3 months after the program ends
• Not previously or currently engaged with other similar food brands
• No content and posting restrictions from external parties (i.e., fraternities, sororities, sports) that limit your ability to post Panera Bread content on your profiles.

Program Dates: September 9th - October 7th, 2024

Mandatory Training Session: Week of August 26th, 2024
